Recruitment procedures
There are two modes of recruitment which can be done from India
1) The first mode is that employer can come directly to India for interview and select the candidates personally. In this case we will receive clients from airport , arrange their hotel accommodation ( the hotel expenses should be borne by employer ) , arrange their transportation etc and our well experienced staffs will provide all the technical supports for a speedy and smooth interview.

2) The second mode is that on behalf of employer our recruitment team will select the candidates. In this case we will guarantee the performance of the candidate and replacement will be done free of cost incase any of our candidate are found professionally or mediCally unfit.
The documents we need from the employer are

c) Inorder to serve you better we need to understand your requirements very thoroughly so you are requested to provide the complete details as asked in the Basic Queries format ( click here to find the specimen copy )
As soon as the Original Demand letter, Original Power of Attorney and Original Basic query format reaches us by courier we will be sending you the resumes of the qualified candidates which as per your requirements.
d) After the selection of candidates we need an Employment contract ( click here to find the specimen copy ) from your company on the name of the selected candidate.
All the four requested documents must be on your official letterhead with seal and signature of the authorities. All the four requested documents must be couriered to our office as we need all the original documents for finishing the emigration formalities of the workers from India.

The Employment contract will be made signed by the candidate and a copy will be forwarded to you as the acceptance of your job offer by the candidate.
As soon as you get the copy of the Employment contract send scanned by us to you which has been signed and acknowledged by the candidate you can start the candidate’s visa or work permit processing as this is the confirmation from our side that candidate is ready to work with your organization and is ready for any date of travel as per the wish of employer.
Incase of Female categories and labour / unskilled categories we need Indian Embassy attested Employment contracts inorder to complete the emigration formalities of the candidates from India.

Terms and conditions of recruitment

1) Visa or work permit costs has to be borne by employer.

2) Initial air ticket from the point of recruitment for the selected candidates has to be borne by employer.

3) Advertisement fee of USD 800 per consignment or per work order has to be borne by employer.

4) Our agency service charge as one month salary of the candidate has to be borne by the employer.

2) We guarantee you that replacement of candidates will be done free of cost within the probationary period of three months incase any of the candidates recruited and send through us are found professionally unfit.

4) We guarantee you that replacement of candidates will be done free of cost within the probationary period of three months incase any of the candidates are not agreeing to your company terms and conditions and salary packages as per the Employment contract forwarded by you to M/S Rising International on your official letterhead with seal and signature of authority along with candidates name, profession and passport number.

5) We guarantee you that the candidates will be send to you within a three weeks time after their arrival of visa or work permit from the employer.

6) We guarantee you that the selected candidates health medical tests charges from India will be borne from our side.

7) We guarantee you that the selected candidate's technical trade test charges from India will be borne from our side.

8) We guarantee you that the selected candidate's insurance charges from India will be borne from our side.

9) We guarantee you that the selected candidate's emigration charges from India will be borne from our side.

10) We guarantee you that only the resumes of qualified candidates will be forwarded to you.

11) We guarantee you that we will always provide a very professional and sincere service to you from our side.
