Terms and conditions for jobseeker
1. Visa processing of employee will not be done until unless agency receives their original passport.
2. Before processing of visa or work permit, candidate has to sign an affidavit with our agency to confirm that there will be no cancellations of the proposed visa or work permit from candidate's side and he is agreeing to employers terms and conditions and is ready to travel on any date after the arrival of visa or work permit from the employer.
3. Receipts will be given for the passports submitted to agency and the receipt has to be returned back in order to get return the passports from agency.
4. Resumes once forwarded to agency will not be returned back at any cost.
5. Advance payments which had been taken from the agency will be returned back without any kind of interest incase of non arrival of visa or work permit from the employer.
6. Candidates must wait for three months after submitting their passports to agency as a time for visa or work permit processing in Middle East countries and 8 to 24 months for other countries like UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and USA.
7. Agency will not be responsible for any kind of Medicals tests, trade tests, transportation fares, lodging fares etc which are borne by candidates on the time of interview and further as candidates will be sole responsible for these all and no claims will be entertained in these cases later.
8. Visa payments have to be done on the next day itself from the date of arrival of visa or work permit from the employer and employees should be ready for travel at any date fixed by agency or employer and no alterations in the dates of travel by the employee will be entertained.
9. There will be a cancellation charge of USD 500 for the candidates to be paid to agency incase of cancellation of their visa or workpermit on the candidates risk. This is also applicable for candidates whose visas or workpermit has been already submitted for processing and they want to cancel it.
